Every house contains: Furniture, objects of decoration, sets of glasses & cups, diverse utensils of kitchen. On having occupied the apartment, the tenant will have to realize a review of the same one and to verify that everything works with normality. If during the first 24 hours none consults is made, the housing would considered to be similar in the conditions stipulated in the contract.
2.- CLEANNESS OF THE APARTMENT.
The house, as well as all the utensils and chattels that compose it, will be delivered clean. Therefore, the tenant will be in the obligation to return them it in the same condition of cleanness and arranged as the first day. The value of the objects that lack or spoilt, as well as a bad cleanness of the apartment, will be deduced of the deposit of guarantee to the criterion of the employee who visits them.
3.- CHECK OF THE APARTMENT AND RETURN OF THE GUARANTEE.
Related of facilitating and to coordinate the appointments with all our clients to effect the check review of the apartment the day of exit, the tenants will must warn to the Real estate agency of the day and hour of his exit on a MINIMAL PRECEDENCE OF 2 DAYS. In the moment that the tenants receive the visit of the Real estate agency an hour foreseen previously, the client will have to have ready his related baggage and personal effects of facilitating the check of the apartment, he will return the deposited guarantee to him and will have to remove same delivering the keys to our agent.
DAY’s 15th and 30th BEFORE 12 a.m. (NOT 16 and 31) in JULY and AUGUST.
Our horary in JULY and AUGUST is: 9,30 to 13,30 and 17,00 at 20,30 hours.
Out of summer season the exit will be effected last contracted day and always before 12 a.m. If it was not being respected the hour of exit, the tenant will pay 1 day more (any more) according to prices in effect. If the tenant wanted to remove the apartment out of the normal horary of office, he would return the guarantee to him as Real estate agency estimates it before warning previously of the day and hour of exit.
5.- DOMESTICS ANIMALS.
There will not be accepted the presence of domestic animals that can harm the condition of the apartment and can bother the life of the neighbours. He will have to be reported to the real estate agency for his knowledge.
